Atención familias beneficiadas
La Secretaría de Vivienda del Meta y el Fondo de Vivienda del Meta, informan que hasta el 15 de octubre, se recepcionarán los documentos soportes de las 1.479 familias que han sido preseleccionadas, para los proyectos de vivienda de interés prioritario en la Madrid y Trece de Mayo, en la ciudad de Villavicencio.
Luis Alberto Rodríguez Medina, secretario de Vivienda del Meta, precisó que entre los documentos que se deben anexar, está el registro civil de matrimonio o prueba de la unión marital de hecho, copia de la cédula de ciudadanía de los mayores de 18 años, y registro civil de nacimiento de parentesco, de los demás miembros que conforman el hogar.
Además, acreditar que el jefe o cabeza de hogar, resida, efectivamente, en el municipio de Villavicencio por un periodo ininterrumpido mínimo de cinco años, el cual se podrá acreditar con certificados de trabajo, contratos de arrendamiento, certificación de estudios, Sisben, Eps y demás que corresponda.
Igualmente, acreditar, si el jefe de hogar registró en el formulario alguna condición especial como víctima, madre sustituta, discapacidad o pertenecer a la red Unidos; aquel en condición de padre o madre cabeza de hogar, debe anexar declaración juramentada; es importante para cualquiera de los casos, adjuntar el certificado municipal de puntaje del Sisben y para los afiliados a Cajas de Compensación Familiar, certificados laborales de la última anualidad, expedidos por la empresa donde labora.
El Secretario, hizo énfasis en que el listado de los preseleccionados se encuentra publicado en el primer piso de la Gobernación del Meta, al igual que todos los requisitos que deben ser entregados, en este mismo edificio, en una carpeta desacificada, en el horario de Lunes a Viernes de 8 am a 5 pm.
El incumplimiento en la entrega oportuna de la información y/o documentación, o la no presentación del suscriptor del formulario único, en el sitio y fechas estipuladas, dará lugar a la pérdida de la calidad de preseleccionado y potencial aspirante a beneficiario.
